June 2024
- Heads of Terms agreement signed, formalizing the partnership between Plateau State Government and Hillside Hospitality Limited.
- Replication of architectural as-built drawings completed, setting a technical foundation for the refurbishment.
- A new brand identity for Hill Station Resort finalized, reflecting the rejuvenated vision.
- Appointment of the project manager to lead and oversee the redevelopment efforts.
- Engagement of the surveyor
July 2024
- A Design and Strategy Retreat conducted, aligning stakeholders on the project’s vision and execution roadmap.
- Completion of the survey report, providing critical groundwork for the project.
August 2024
- Completion of the as-built drawings, forming the technical backbone of the refurbishment.


September 2024
- Selection interviews conducted for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (M.E.P.), building, and fit-out companies.





October 2024
- Engagement of 3ADB Limited as the architectural design firm to lead the creative and technical redesign of the resort.









November 2024
- Engagement of the Hill Station General Manager, ensuring operational readiness and leadership for the revitalized resort.





February 2025
- Engagement of key stakeholders through the Hill Station Legacy Stakeholder Event.







March 2025
- Commencement of on-site activities with mobilization of trucks and materials.
- Contract signing with MJ Steel for the construction of the perimeter fence.
